All of our equipment is cleaned, tested, PAT tested and re-finished if required by our qualified techincal staff. If it is broken or has parts missing it does not meet the grade and will never make it to our website.

Items are listed as being in one of the following categories:
- NEW - The item is as new and has never been used.
- USED - The item is usually ex-hire and conditions vary depending on whether it has been static on a long running show or travelled around. All items have been maintained to a high standard during their life.
- EX-DEMO/As New - The item has been used for demonstration purposes only and as such is in excellent condition.

We aim for clarity and would never mislead you about the condition of any item, if you need more information or find it difficult to tell from the photo just give us a call. Virtually everything you see on our website is with us and things we don't hold (few as they are) will not be shipped without passing through our warehouse and being checked over. Viewing of any item is possible by prior arrangement at our warehouse in Croydon, South London.
Most orders are shipped via TNT on a 24 Hour service for a flat rate of £14 (plus VAT) for up to 30kg (subject to size restrictions) for mainland UK destinations (excluding the Highlands). We can ship economically by pallet for larger orders to the UK and worldwide.
